EBC accredited

The EBC accredits C-sink traders auditing once per year their C-sink accounting, tracking, registration, and persistency surveillance according to the EBC C-sink guidelines.

Currently, the EBC could only accredit one C-sink trader. However, several other companies already had pre-audits and will probably receive their EBC accreditation during 2022.
